The master bedroom features 1 x King bed which can be split into 2 x singles, large built-in robes plus ducted air conditioning and huge ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes 1 x King bed (which can also be split into two singles) plus ducted air conditioning, balcony and ample shelving space. Please let us know if you require this bed to be split into 2. Infant equipment also available including cot, highchair, baby bath, utilises, baby toys and a stroller.


Alfred's Rest is just 1km away from Nambucca River where you can take part in activities like fishing or kayaking. A short 9 minute drive to local beaches; and only 1 km away from Jacks Ridge Mountain bike trails - so whether you're after adventure-filled days or total relaxation this home has it all.


Please Note: There is ample parking available for a boat or a motorhome on the quiet street. Linen and bath towels provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. - No pets, parties or smoking permitted. The property contains no stairs except a small step down from the parking area, and the main bathroom would be suitable for those with mobility issues.
