Where our numbers come from
Prices and rents come from the NSW Government's Rent and Sales Report, published each quarter by the Department of Communities and Justice from NSW Valuer General sales data and the bonds lodged with NSW Fair Trading. Population, age and housing figures come from the Australian Bureau of Statistics' 2021 Census; the 2026 Census results arrive from June 2027. Every page lists its sources and the date we checked them.
Who writes it
Nambucca Valley Living is written by its editor, credited as "the Nambucca Valley Living editor".

We acknowledge the Gumbaynggirr people, the Traditional Owners of the land and waters of the Nambucca Valley, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
